Submit Your Caricature Photos

Use this form to send Patrick the photographs and details needed to create your caricature. Please submit clear, well-lit images that show each person’s or pet’s face.

You may upload separate photographs if the subjects do not appear together. Patrick will combine them into one original caricature.
